Can't Access your Account or Forgot your Password?


    If you are currently having trouble accessing your account or you need to reset your password, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Go to

    2. Click the “Forgot Password?” link

    3. Enter your email in the new window and click the “Send” button

    4. If the email entered matches a Sigma account, you will receive a reset password email shortly.

      If the email does not match a current Sigma account, you'll get an immediate message:

    5. Click the link in the email and you will be redirected to a new reset password page

    6. Enter a new password, re-enter the password again and hit “Reset”

    7. Once reset, you can now login with this new password
