Once an organization has created an activity in Check-in with Merits, participants can now sign in and sign out. If necessary, you can also check in and check out your participants.
Participant Check-in (Self-Serve)
Step 1: The member selects the activity on the kiosk. Note that you can show multiple activities in the kiosk mode.
Step 2: The user then logs in. They can check in by scanning the QR code on their Sigma mobile app, log in using their Sigma credentials, or sign in with their name and email.
- If they scan in or sign in using their Sigma credentials, then Sigma will request permission to view their name, primary email, and merits
Step 3: If you are providing one or more digital forms, the user should open, fill out, and accept these forms.
Step 4: If you set up qualification requirements, then at this point, Sigma will confirm whether or not the user has the necessary credentials. Base on whether their credentials matched the requirements, users will receive a message telling them they were successfully or unsuccessfully checked in.
Participant Check out (Self-Serve)
When checking out, participants can check out themselves by clicking on Check out in kiosk.
Checking in and Checking out your participants
You can check in and check out your participants as well.
- To check in participants, navigate to the Check-in section, click on Check-in, and fill out the participant information.
- To check out participants, select the participants you want to check out, and click on Check out.
